Classroom Expectations
In our classroom the students have responsibility for themselves, their actions and their learning.  During the first couple weeks of school students  worked in groups to create rules and expectations that  allow all students to succeed in our classroom.  These rules are are:
Be Responsible
Treat others the way you want to be treated
Take care of the classroom tools

Homework Expectations
READ READ READ Students are expected to be reading for at least 15 minutes each night.
Usually, a home link in math will be sent home that reinforces what was done in class.  If your child has difficulty on the home link, please star the problem.  Homework should be done by the student. On Mondays, students will be given a sheet that has Monday through Thursday nightsí homework.  The homework for the night assigned is due the next day.  (Monday night's homework is due Tuesday.)  On the other side of the sheet will be a reading log for students to fill out with their nightly reading.  The homework sheet is to remain in the studentís folder until Friday morning when it will be handed in with Thursday night's homework.
