The Colonial Herb Garden:
Not too far from the Edible Foods Garden lies this small garden, which is located on a semicircular pebble trail linking the doors to the All Purpose Room.  Constructed in the late spring of 2010, this garden is built in a raised box and contains an assortment of herbs that were in use during colonial times.  It is laid out in a geometric pattern that would have been typical of gardens designed during that period.  This garden was built as a living resource connecting to the 3rd Grade study of colonial Princeton history.  It will also be used by the Princeton School Garden Cooperative's organic and local foods program.
